Plans the work.
Nomos helps logistics, distribution and retail operators plan for better outcomes. It pairs AI with deterministic solvers, so plans are both intelligent and provably feasible, reaching every part of the operation: waves, routes, docks, labor and stock.
What Nomos plans.
Optimization and AI decision-making for the plans an operation runs on. What gets picked, routed, sorted, staffed and stocked, and when.
Wave planning
Builds each wave against the carrier cutoff from the orders, pickers and zones in your WMS. A fast pass groups orders, then a constraint model re-cuts them to shorten pick paths and walking distance within cutoffs, zones and cart limits.

Nomos modules on typical use cases, configured per customer. Some integrations and connections are built custom per customer.
How it runs.
One loop, whatever the facility. Plan, detect, re-optimize, execute. Operators keep the authority and Nomos keeps the plan current.
- 01
Plan continuously
Plans are built from the orders, cutoffs and workforce data already in your systems, sized to the demand and the capacity on hand, and kept current through the day rather than fixed the night before.
- 02
Detect what changed
A late trailer, a lost door, a surge of orders. Nomos works from the observed state of the operation as changes land and replans from there, keeping work already done fixed.
- 03
Re-optimize as one
Waves, doors, labor and routes are constraint models, not separate screens. A fast pass builds a first plan, then MILP and other solvers refine it against cutoffs, capacity, driver hours and rest.
- 04
Execute with oversight
Plans are validated before release and operators keep the final say. High-stakes changes wait for approval, routine ones flow through your systems of record, and each carries the reason it was made.
